Our Vision Statement

Leaders are not just defined by their titles or positions, but also by their actions. The Center for Girls’ Leadership believes any girl can be a leader at home, at school, and in her community.  We seek to empower girls today to pave a strong pathway to equality in leadership.  Girls are encouraged to create something extraordinary and to inspire others to do the same. 

The Center for Girls’ Leadership invests in every girl by:

• Developing Leadership Skills
  • Encourage her to lead, inspire, and guide others to work together to achieve a common goal, challenge, or vision  
  • Empower her to see her own leadership potential and utilize these skills to impact her community
•  Encouraging Confidence
  
  • Teach her to believe in herself, appreciate her individuality, and respect herself and others
  • Cultivate an awareness of responsibility and commitment by encouraging self-motivation

  • Explore the different principles that guide and influence her throughout life
  • Instill an appreciation for critical thinking, personal reflection, curiosity, and life-long learning
