Alexandra Young
Alexandra Young is the founder and Executive Director of the Center for Girls' Leadership. She oversees the organization's programming, fundraising, communications and outreach efforts.
Alexandra is a passionate advocate for social justice and the philanthropic community. Alexandra has spent her career working and volunteering in the nonprofit sector for a variety of organizations. She has dedicated herself to being a life-long learner of leadership and is a voice for her generation of philanthropists. Currently, Alexandra serves as the Education Coordinator at WSB & Associates engineering firm in Minneapolis.
Alexandra received her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota and passes on her expertise in her role as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
